Abstract
Before any design project begins, it is important to develop a strategy of approach that uses research material directed towards the subject. The previous chapters have prepared the groundwork in research and history, and it is now time to look more closely at the kind of geometry and system of space control that will suit the subject in hand: namely an estate house for mass production. Delineation of space occupation by one person is the beginning, and from that point, a description of areas associated with a particular activity will begin to take shape. The chosen route is organic in defeat of the prominence of the square, and polygonal forms emerge offering a more and human-centred alternative approach. The design process is morphological and organic as opposed to artificially imposing a desired form from the past or some other source.
