Abstract

Wenn von einer „informatisierten Service-Ökonomie“ die Rede ist, dann greift diese Bezeichnung im Kern auf zwei Begriffe zurück, die den Ökonomen durchaus vertraut sind, nämlich „Informationen“ und „Dienstleistungen“. In der traditionellen wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Theorie sind den Informationen und den Dienstleistungen mehr oder weniger feste Rollen zugewiesen.
