Zusammenfassung

Die Gestaltung des Entwicklungsprozesses hin zu einem Strategischen Controlling 4.0 setzt eine Veränderung der Denkweise und Einstellung zur Digitalisierung sowie bestimmte Kompetenzen voraus. Ausgehend von einer veränderten Unternehmenskultur, in der Ausprobieren und Fehlermachen erlaubt sind (Trial-and-Error), nimmt das strategische Controlling (zusammen mit der IT-Abteilung) in seiner Koordinations- und Change-Agent-Funktion nunmehr eine gestaltende Rolle ein, insbesondere mit Blick auf die Datenstrategie. Der Kultur- und Strategiewandel bedingt, dass das strategische Controlling andere Kompetenzen benötigt. Letztendlich hat jedes Unternehmen eine Roadmap mit einzelnen Schritten hin zum Strategischen Controlling 4.0 zu entwickeln – angelehnt an einer Best-Practice-Vorgehensweise.
