Die Debatte um gesundes Bauen und Wohnen wird seit Jahren geführt. eine endgültige Lösung konnte noch nicht gefunden werden, aber es wird mit Hochdruck daran gearbeitet.
Es gibt jedenfalls viele Gründe, die gesundheitliche Qualität der Wohnungen oder des Hauses unter die Lupe zu nehmen und dabei planvoll und besonnen vorzugehen.
Am Anfang jeder Sanierung steht die sorgfältige Analyse.
Neben der allgemeinen Betrachtung des Objektes müssen mikrobiologische und physikalisch-messtechnische Untersuchungen durchgeführt werden, eine Bewertung der Raumluft und eine chemisch-analytische Bestandsaufnahme.
