3. Gewissenhaftigkeit als Erfolgsfaktor

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Hauptkapitel wird aus Unternehmenssicht aufgezeigt, warum eine gewissenhafte Belegschaft eine überaus wertvolle Ressource ist. Es wird verdeutlicht, zu welchen Handlungsfeldern und wichtigen unternehmerischen Zielgrößen dieses Persönlichkeitsmerkmal essenzielle Beiträge leisten kann. Im Einzelnen sind das u. a.: Leistungs-, Motivations-, und Zufriedenheitssteigerung, Senkung von Fehlzeiten und Fluktuation, positive Effekte auf die Mitarbeiterführung und Zusammenarbeit. So weit wie möglich, werden für die Argumentation empirische Studien genutzt, die mit ihren Ergebnissen, theoretischen Hintergründen und Praxisimplikationen vorgestellt werden. Für die Unternehmenspraxis werden erste Handlungsempfehlungen abgeleitet.
