Abstract

The article introduces a novel method for intelligent fault diagnosis of rolling bearings, which is crucial for maintaining the reliability of mechanical equipment. The method combines high-low frequency features and integrated classification Stochastic Configuration Networks (SCNs) to enhance fault characteristics through signal processing. The MCKD parameters are optimized using an improved Black Widow Optimization Algorithm (IBWOA), which enhances the global search capability and reduces the risk of local optima. The integrated classification SCNs model effectively uses both high and low-frequency information to improve diagnostic accuracy, making it a standout solution in the field of fault diagnosis.
