Zusammenfassung

Um über diejenigen Schlüsselkompetenzen zu verfügen, die für nachhaltigen Erfolg in unserer neuen Wirtschaftsrealität notwendig sind, müssen wir Organisationsorganismen schaffen, die intrinsisch motivieren und gleichzeitig ein Engagement im Sinne des Gesamtsystems fördern. In diesem Kapitel wird ein ganzheitliches Organisationsmodell vorgestellt, welches alle wesentlichen Randbedingungen, die für intrinsische Motivation entscheidend sind, mit einem kollektiven Fokus auf das Gesamtsystem integriert. Auf dieser Grundlage wird gezeigt, welche positiven Konsequenzen eine solche „Bionische Führung“ nicht nur für unternehmerische Entscheidungsprozesse, sondern auch für Krisenmanagement, Bilanzierung und Unternehmensbewertung hat. Am Ende wir der Leser nicht nur ein Werkzeug in der Hand halten, mit dessen Hilfe jede Organisation erfolgreich umgestaltet werden kann, sondern auch über ein umfangreiches Verständnis der wesentlichen Mechanismen verfügen, die den Update des Home Economicus charakterisieren.
