Abstract

In this paper we obtain estimates sharp in order hyperbolic cross approximation w.r.t. \(\texttt {d}-\)multiple wavelet system with compact supports \(\psi ^{(\texttt {d})}\) of the Nikol’skii – Besov and Lizorkin – Triebel type classes associated with this system in the space \(L_q([0,1]^d)\) for a number of relations between the parameters of the classes and the space.
