Abstract

IER-SEK steht für die Entwicklung eines Instruments zur Entscheidungsunterstützung für Großvermieter zur Realisierung von Stadtentwicklungskonzepten. Das Vorhaben wurde im Rahmen der Initiative „Kommunen Innovativ“ des Bundesministeriums für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) gefördert. Diese ist ein Beitrag zur „Leitinitiative Zukunftsstadt“ im BMBF-Programm „Forschung für nachhaltige Entwicklung“ (FONA).
