Abstract

In der Betriebswirtschaftslehre hat sich die Gliederung nach Institutionen (Branchen) und Funktionen wie Beschaffung, Logistik, Personal, Absatz etc. etabliert. Der „Absatz“ wurde nach dem Verständnis einiger Autoren (Wöhe, Gutenberg) als letzte Phase im Prozess der betrieblichen Leistungserstellung verstanden. Diese Produktionsorientierung hat sich durch geänderte Markt- und Umweltbedingungen in eine Marketingorientierung verwandelt.
