Abstract

Die Entwicklung von Immobilienprojekten ist aufgrund der Komplexität der Aufgabenstellung außerordentlich facettenreich. Die inhaltlichen Anforderungen an einen Projektentwickler beginnen mit der Informationsbeschaffung über den jeweiligen Immobilienteilmarkt, umfassen die Entwicklung einer wirtschaftlich tragfähigen Projektidee, können darüber hinaus die bauliche Realisierung umfassen und parallel zu all diesen Aufgaben die Vermarktung der Immobilie. So vielfältig wie diese Leistungen und differenziert die Aufgaben in Abhängigkeit der konkret zu entwickelnden Immobilie sind, so unterschiedlich sind auch die Auffassungen zur inhaltlichen Abgrenzung der Immobilienprojektentwicklung.
