Abstract

The study investigates the effects of Er doping on the electrical, optical, and transmittance properties of 0.91KNN–0.09SMT ferroelectric ceramics. Er doping significantly impacts the transmittance, band gap, and ferroelectric properties of the ceramics. The research demonstrates that Er doping can enhance the up-conversion luminescence and energy-storage efficiency of the ceramics, making them suitable for high-performance optoelectronic devices. The findings offer valuable insights into the development of lead-free, transparent ferroelectric ceramics with superior multifunctional properties.
