Abstract

Dieser Beitrag adressiert die Implementierung von Smart Services in Ökosystemen. Zuerst wird der Stand der Forschung dargestellt. Im Anschluss erfolgt eine vergleichende Fallstudie von acht Smart Service-Implementierungen in Ökosystemen. Mittels dieser Fallstudien werden zwei Dimensionen zur Systematisierung genutzt und Idealtypen erarbeitet. Auf dieser Grundlage werden schließlich die strategischen Zielsetzungen, die Innovationsintensität und das Innovationspotenzial, sowie die Zusammenarbeit bei der Implementierung von Smart Services in einem Ökosystem analysiert.
