Abstract

The study focuses on enhancing the thermoelectric performance of Se-doped n-type nanostructured Bi2Te3 using a solvothermal method. The synthesized materials exhibit improved electrical conductivity and a reduced lattice thermal conductivity, leading to an increased figure of merit (ZT) of 0.61 at 385 K. The article details the experimental procedures, characterization techniques, and the impact of Se doping on the material's properties, providing a comprehensive understanding of the improvements achieved in thermoelectric performance.
