Abstract

The article investigates the impact of annealing temperature on the structural, chemical, and optical properties of MAPI thin films prepared via a one-step deposition method. It highlights the correlation between annealing temperature and grain size, crystallite structure, and the formation of PbI2 phases. The study employs advanced characterization techniques such as SEM, AFM, XRD, and SIMS to provide a detailed understanding of the compositional heterogeneity and thermal stability of the films. The results offer valuable insights into optimizing the fabrication process for high-performance solar cell applications, making it a significant contribution to the field of perovskite solar cells.
