Abstract

The study investigates the influence of microstructure and tribology on the deep-dipping coating method of natural fiber nanocomposite materials composed of sappanwood, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene, and aluminum nitride. The research demonstrates that the use of silane characteristics significantly improves the mechanical properties and tribological behaviors of these composite materials. Experimental results show enhanced bonding strength, hardness, tensile strength, flexural strength, and wear resistance. The microstructure analysis reveals a strong inner and outer surface with improved bonding and structural integrity. The study also highlights the importance of polyethylene fiber and aluminum nitride powder in enhancing the composite's overall performance. The findings suggest that these natural fiber nanocomposites have promising applications in various industries, offering a greener and more sustainable alternative to traditional materials.
