Zusammenfassung

Im Beitrag wird das innovative FAST-Leadership-Modell zur Entwicklung von Führungspersönlichkeiten durch Neuroleadership am Beispiel des Land- und Forstwirtschaftlichen Versuchszentrums Laimburg in Südtirol vorgestellt. Führen durch Fokussierung, Accountability, Self Management und Teamarbeit erhöht dabei die Klarheit und Ergebniskonzentration der Führungskräfte und der gesamten Organisation. Nach der Erläuterung der Grundlagen von Neuroleadership wird das FAST-Leadership mit seinen vier Säulen vorgestellt. Anschließend wird die Implementierung der Führungskräfteentwicklung mithilfe des FAST-Leadership-Modells beim Versuchszentrum „Laimburg“ dargestellt sowie die Veränderungen der Führungsqualität diskutiert.
