Abstract

This chapter delves into the critical intersection of sustainable innovation, Quality 4.0, and the pressing issue of electronic pollution in Iraqi companies. It explores how the integration of sustainable innovation and Quality 4.0 can drive significant reductions in electronic waste, a growing environmental and health concern. The study highlights the current state of electronic pollution, its sources, and its detrimental effects on health and the environment. It also examines the role of sustainable innovation in promoting economic, social, and environmental benefits, and how Quality 4.0 can enhance quality management practices. The chapter presents a framework for achieving this integration, discussing the challenges and potential solutions for Iraqi companies. It concludes that the integration of sustainable innovation and Quality 4.0 can lead to a 60% reduction in electronic pollution, emphasizing the need for companies to adopt modern technology and sustainable practices to improve their competitive capability and achieve long-term benefits.
