Interne Krisenkommunikation: eine Möglichkeit für Kommunikatoren, strategische Werte nachzuweisen

Zusammenfassung

Interne Krisenkommunikation ist ein oft unterschätzter Bereich, sowohl in der Forschung als auch in der Praxis. Dass die interne im Gegensatz zur externen Krisenkommunikation bisher weitgehend vernachlässigt wurde, mag verwundern, da gerade die Mitglieder einer Organisation im Krisenkontext eine bedeutende Rolle spielen. Sie können schwache Signale von Veränderungen schon in einem frühen Stadium wahrnehmen, in der Krise als Botschafter agieren und auch bei der Lösung der Krise mitwirken. Außerdem sind sie am Lernprozess beteiligt, der erfolgt, nachdem die Krise abgeklungen ist. In diesem Beitrag werden speziell die beiden Prozesse Antizipation (Erkennung von schwachen Signalen einer Krise) und Resilienz (die Fähigkeit, eine Krise zu handhaben und aus ihr zu lernen) diskutiert. Darüber hinaus werden Vorschläge gemacht, was in, vor und nach einer Krise in Bezug auf die interne Krisenkommunikation getan werden kann, denn die interne Krisenkommunikation ist ein Bereich, in dem sich für Kommunikatoren Möglichkeiten ergeben, für die Organisation strategische Werte zu generieren.
