Abstract

The study investigates the role of SLp biomaterial in hybrid photodiodes for bioelectronic applications. The research focuses on the synthesis of SLp using a sol-gel method and its integration into photodiode structures. Key findings include the impact of the SLp interlayer on electrical and optical characteristics, such as ideality factor, barrier height, and rectification ratio. The study also explores the potential of SLp to enhance the performance of optoelectronic devices, including improved responsivity and detectivity.
