Abstract

The study examines the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of T-shirt production in Bangladesh, highlighting the significant energy and emission levels in various production stages. It identifies key areas for energy savings, such as upgrading machinery and optimizing steam generation, and compares the findings to other international studies. The research aims to provide a pathway for more sustainable garment production.
