Zusammenfassung

Vor der Überlegung, ob und wie eine Immobilie finanziert werden kann, steht erst einmal die grundlegende Investitionsentscheidung für eine Immobilie an. Denn neben der Nutzung als Eigenheim können mit dem Erwerb auch andere Ziele verfolgt werden. So werden Immobilien auch als reine Renditeobjekte bzw. als Kapitalanlage angesehen. In diesem Kapitel soll ein grober Überblick über die Möglichkeiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Immobilienerwerb aufgezeigt werden.
