Abstract

This article delves into the iterative design and integration of a microlearning mobile app for NATO employees, focusing on performance improvement and support. It discusses the need for flexible, engaging learning opportunities in a fast-paced, technology-driven society. The case study illustrates how microlearning can address high turnover rates and knowledge loss, using the NATO e-Learning Networking App (NeNA) as an example. The design process, user engagement, and evaluation of the app are thoroughly examined, providing insights into the challenges and successes of implementing microlearning in a military context. The article concludes by discussing the broader implications and future research needs for mobile learning solutions in various organizations.
