Zusammenfassung

Das Job-Demands-Ressources Modells (JD-R) (vgl. Demerouti et al. 2001; Bakker et al. 2003a) basiert auf der Annahme, dass jeder Beruf seine eigenen spezifischen Risikofaktoren aufweist, die mit Stress am Arbeitsplatz verbunden sind (Abb. 7.1.). Diese Faktoren können klassifiziert werden in zwei allgemeine Kategorien: Diese Kategorien sind die (spezifischen) Arbeitsanforderungen und die Arbeitsressourcen in einem Beruf beziehungsweise Job. Damit ist ein übergreifendes Modell definiert, das auf verschiedene Berufssituationen angewendet werden kann und das zunächst einmal inhaltlich unabhängig von den besonderen Anforderungen und Ressourcen, die mit dem jeweiligen „Job“ verbunden sind.
