The Journal of Trust Management is a fully open access journal published under the brand SpringerOpen. It is a premier forum for research and innovation in trust management technologies in applications such as e-commerce, e-government, e-democracy, online community building and cyber security.

Trust management research brings together methods and tools from disciplines including policy, information security, artificial intelligence, law and cognitive sciences to help human and software agents assess risk and develop trust in on-line interactions and reliance on information and communication technologies.
