Ein Freistellungsauftrag (FSA) bewirkt, dass Kapitalerträge (z. B. Zinsen und Dividenden) bis zur Höhe des erteilten FSA ohne Abzug von Abgeltungsteuer und Solidaritätszuschlag sowie Kirchensteuer ausgezahlt werden. Die Höhe des erteilten FSA darf bei Alleinstehenden den Sparer-Pauschbetrag von 801,00 EUR, bei Zusammenveranlagung 1.602,00 EUR nicht übersteigen.
