Zusammenfassung

Das Bundeskriminalamt gibt jedes Jahr eine Statistik über die erfassten Straftaten heraus. Deren Aussagekraft ist jedoch im Hinblick auf deren Art der Erfassung, Struktur und Entwicklung sehr defizitär und deshalb vorsichtig zu verwenden. Das hängt damit zusammen, dass nur Straftaten erfasst werden, die entweder tatsächlich erfolgt sind, deren Täter ermittelt wurden oder in denen der Versuch verwertbare Spuren hinterlassen hat.
