Abstract

The chapter delves into the laboratory investigation of soil stabilization using Terrazyme and cement, aiming to enhance the performance of soil under diverse climatic conditions. The study focuses on the behavior of soils treated with Terrazyme-5x and Terrazyme-11x, in conjunction with varying dosages of cement. Through comprehensive tests such as the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) and Unconfined Compressive Strength (UCS), the research demonstrates significant improvements in soil strength and durability. The chapter highlights the optimal dosages of Terrazyme and cement for different soil types, providing valuable data for civil and geotechnical engineers. The findings reveal that even small additions of Terrazyme and Portland cement can dramatically increase soil tensile strength, making it a standout resource in the field of soil stabilization.
