Abstract

The article delves into the complex spatial evolution of cities, particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. It introduces a model that uses big data analytics to study land value dynamics and urban development patterns. The study focuses on Israel's central coastal strip, a highly urbanized zone, and employs a detailed dataset of real estate transactions and built structures.
