Abstract

The article introduces LC-PBFT, a layered cross-chain consensus algorithm based on forest topology, addressing the limitations of traditional PBFT mechanisms. It emphasizes the use of an improved PageRank algorithm for node reputation evaluation, a forest topology structure for consensus, and an aggregation signature for tamper-proof results. The algorithm enhances security by making it harder for malicious nodes to launch successful attacks and improves efficiency by reducing communication complexity. Experimental results demonstrate the superior performance of LC-PBFT in terms of latency and throughput compared to other consensus mechanisms.
