Zusammenfassung

Ziel dieses Kurses ist es, den Teilnehmenden einen umfassenden Einblick in die Themenfelder Social Business und Social Entrepreneurship zu geben. Hierbei werden der aktuelle Stand der Forschung sowie die zentralen Inhalte zu den Themen Entrepreneurship, strategische Positionierung, Unternehmensführung, -kultur und -wachstum vermittelt. Am Ende des Kurses sollen die Bearbeiterinnen und Bearbeiter der Case Study einerseits in der Lage sein, einen Überblick über das Forschungsfeld zu geben, und andererseits die Komplexität und Vielseitigkeit auf die Praxis zu übertragen. Dabei sollen ihre Fähigkeiten zur Präsentation wissenschaftlicher Arbeiten ausgebaut werden.
