Abstract

The chapter delves into the significance of team management in dynamic organizational environments, highlighting the need to automate managerial work using computer science and online tools. It discusses the challenges in modeling team management and introduces the system of organizational terms as a new methodological approach. This system, based on Wittgenstein’s philosophy, represents managerial actions through standardized feature vectors and is tested using online management tools implemented in the TransistorsHead.com platform. The research method involves a long-term, nonparticipating observation of managers, revealing insights into the level of similarity in team management. The results show no significant similarities among the managers observed, indicating the complexity of finding patterns in team management. This chapter is a pioneering effort in the interdisciplinary research of management science and pattern recognition, aiming to replace human managers with robots in team management.
