Abstract

This study delves into the performance of EfficientNet architectures for speech recognition in noisy environments, using the AudioMNIST dataset. The research compares various EfficientNet variants (B0 to B7) with traditional machine learning models, focusing on their accuracy and computational efficiency. Key findings reveal that EfficientNet models, particularly EfficientNet B0, outperform traditional methods, maintaining high accuracy even under significant noise conditions. The study also explores the impact of different noise types and intensities on speech recognition performance.
