Abstract
This chapter presents literature findings, which build the foundation for the empirical investigation. Section 2.1 highlights aspects of disruptive technology innovations like AI. Section 2.2 gives an overview about what AI is, how it is already used in the FSS and what amplifies and hinders its usage from an organisational point of view.
