Zusammenfassung

Industrielle Produkt-Service Systeme (IPSS) bestehen aus Sach- und Dienstleistungsanteilen sowie aus industriellen Produkt-Service Modulen (IPSM). Alle Anteile müssen integriert geplant, entwickelt und erbracht werden. Das Management des Anbieternetzwerks und die Planung und Steuerung der Erbringung sind aufwendige Aufgaben, denen sich ein IPSS-Anbieter in der Erbringungsphase des IPSS-Lebenszyklus stellen muss. Da das Management der Erbringung eine komplexe Aufgabe ist, die nicht ohne Softwareunterstützung erfüllt werden kann, wird ein Softwaresystem benötigt, das den IPSS-Anbieter unterstützen kann. Bestehende Softwaresysteme sind diesen Anforderungen jedoch noch nicht gewachsen. Aus diesem Grund ist die Konzeption und Entwicklung eines neuen Softwaresystems sinnvoll. Dieses neue Softwaresystem wird IPSS-Execution System (IPSS-ES) genannt. Die Entwicklung eines IPSS-ES mit einer Performance-Messmethode wird in diesem Kapitel vorgestellt.
