Will man erfolgreich Employer Branding betreiben, so ist zum einen die Kenntnis unterschiedlicher Methoden von Interesse, zum anderen wäre es wünschenswert, wenn abgesicherte Erkenntnisse über deren Wirkung vorlägen. In der Medizin ist es auch wenig hilfreich, zu wissen, dass Medikamente grundsätzlich bei einer Krankheit helfen können, wenn man nichts darüber erfährt, welche Medikamente dies im Einzelnen sind. Die Forschung zu den Methoden des Employer Brandings steckt noch in den Kinderschuhen. Über die Wirkung einzelner Maßnahmen ist wenig bekannt. Insofern sind wir einstweilen in starkem Maße auf Plausibilitätsbetrachtungen angewiesen. …
