Abstract

The article delves into the methods of compacting electrical engineering products from desorbed graphite fiber composites, highlighting two key compaction processes: die compaction and extrusion. Die compaction, used for structural elements and electrical goods, offers advantages such as higher specific forming forces and improved physicomechanical properties. The text introduces novel degassing techniques directly implemented in punch-and-die sets, enhancing product quality and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, it evaluates the 'standard MTRP technology' and discusses its limitations, presenting newly patented methods for manufacturing electrical engineering goods. The research, funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, offers a comprehensive analysis of existing and innovative techniques in the field.
