Zusammenfassung

In den letzten Jahren hat eine Vielzahl von Unternehmensskandalen ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Moralisches Unternehmertum ist zum Gebot geworden, auch wenn oft nicht klar ist, was unter moralischem Handeln zu verstehen ist und wie man dieses steuern könnte. Dieses Kapitel möchte hier Hilfestellung geben. Beginnend mit der Erörterung ethischer Begriffe, wird der moralische Entscheidungsfindungsprozess beleuchtet, dessen Verständnis bedeutsam ist, um unmoralisches Mitarbeiterverhalten verstehen und verhindern zu können. Da moralisches Handeln ein soziales Phänomen ist, ist die Etablierung einer wahrhaftigen ethisch orientierten Organisationskultur entscheidend. In diesem Zuge spielen eine wertebasierte Mitarbeiterkommunikation und das dauerhafte Bereitstellen von Ressourcen eine bedeutende Rolle.
