Abstract

Mobility-as-a-Service-Plattformen (MaaS-Plattformen) ermöglichen Reisenden eine anbieter- und verkehrsmittelübergreifende Mobilität von Tür-zu-Tür. In diesem Beitrag werden mittels einer systematischen Literaturrecherche komplexe Reisendenanforderungen an MaaS-Plattformen identifiziert. Anschließend wird die Berücksichtigung dieser Reisendenanforderungen durch aktuelle multimodalen Routingalgorithmen untersucht. Schließlich erfolgt eine Diskussion des MaaS-Konzeptes im Kontext der multimodalen Mobilität anhand der Maas-Plattform Jelbi. Außerdem wird zukünftiger Forschungsbedarf an der Schnittstelle von Plattform- und Algorithmendesign diskutiert.
