1. Multimodellbasierte Zusammenarbeit in Bauprojekten

Zusammenfassung

Die Zusammenarbeit von Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer wird bis heute durch die Heterogenität ihrer Informationssysteme behindert. Vor diesem Hintergrund wurde ein Managementführungssystem für das partnerschaftliche, prozessgesteuerte und risikokontrollierte Bauen entwickelt.
Dieses basiert auf einer internetbasierten Informationslogistik, über die fachspezifische Softwareanwendungen vernetzt werden können. Für die integrierte Bearbeitung und Auswertung der Projektinformationen wurde die neue Modellierungsmethode der Multimodelle entwickelt, die bestehende Methoden erweitert. Sie ermöglicht digitale Bauwerksmodelle mit Leistungs-, Kosten-, Termin-, Risikomodellen etc. mittels Linkmodellen zu kombinieren und so eine neue Stufe in Building Information Modelling, BIM, der integralen, digitalen Betrachtung aller Prozesse und Informationen in einem Bauprojekt, zu erreichen. Die Multimodelle bieten eine transparente Darstellung komplexer Bauaufgaben, die Nutzung interdependenter Planungs- und Controllingmodelle und die effiziente Erstellung erweiterter Analysemodelle, z. B. zur Risikoanalyse. Multimodelle können mit Multimodellcontainern ausgetauscht und für die Koordination der Projektkollaboration genutzt werden. Das Management der Modelle, Rollen und Softwarewerkzeuge ist als Virtuelle Organisation konzipiert.
