Abstract

The study investigates the impact of BNZ doping on the electrical properties of KNN ceramics, highlighting the formation of multiphase boundaries and the enhancement of piezoelectric response. The work shows that optimal BNZ content can lead to a significant increase in the piezoelectric charge constant (d33) and electromechanical coupling coefficient (kp), making the ceramics suitable for high-temperature applications. The detailed analysis of phase transitions and microstructural changes provides valuable insights into the mechanisms behind the improved electrical performance.
