Nachhaltig Innovativ: Entwicklung von Lehr- und Lernkonzepten in Kooperationen am Beispiel der CBS International Business School

In Anbetracht der fortlaufenden Transformation des traditionellen Wirtschaftens hin zu einem nachhaltigen Wirtschaften ist eine zukunftsorientierte Ausrichtung der Managementlehre essenziell. Um die heutigen Studierenden als Entscheidungsträger von morgen für das Thema zu sensibilisieren, ist es besonders wichtig, die bestehenden Lern- und Lehrkonzepte zu hinterfragen und neu zu denken. Dieser Artikel zeigt kooperative Ansätze zur Entwicklung nachhaltiger und innovativer Lern- und Lehrkonzepte. Die vorgestellten Konzepte „21-Day Challenge“, „Sustainability Escape Room“ und „Future Sustainability Manager“ stehen für die Neuausrichtung einer nachhaltigeren Managementlehre, die gemeinsam gestaltet werden soll. Dabei wird zunächst erläutert, unter welchen Voraussetzungen solche neuen Formate erfolgreich umgesetzt werden können, um anschließend die zuvor genannten Lehrkonzepte vorzustellen. Im Mittelpunkt der Ausführungen stehen die Erläuterung des kooperativen Entstehungsprozesses, die Einbindung von Projektpartnern und Studierenden sowie die zukünftige Einbettung in die Hochschullehre. Kooperationen mit nationalen und internationalen akademischen Institutionen und der Zivilgesellschaft führen zu einer Erweiterung der Lernperspektiven und eröffnen so neue Wege, nachhaltiges Management durch innovative Ansätze zu erleben. Dies wird exemplarisch am Beispiel der CBS International Business School aufgeführt. Der Beitrag dient dazu, die Erfahrungen innerhalb des Kooperationsprozesses zu teilen und Inspiration für andere Lehrende zu liefern.

A future-oriented orientation of management theory and practice is essential for the ongoing transformation towards sustainable business. It is particularly important to question and rethink existing learning and teaching concepts. This article outlines three cooperative approaches for the development of sustainable and innovative learning and teaching concepts. The three concepts presented, namely “21-Day Challenge”, “Sustainability Escape Room” and “Future Sustainability Manager” stand for the reorientation towards a more sustainable management theory. The core of this work is the explanation of the cooperative development process, the involvement of project partners and students and how it is embedded in university teaching. Cooperation with national and international academic institutions and civil society leads to an expansion of learning perspectives and thus opens up new ways of experiencing sustainable management through innovative approaches. This is exemplified by the CBS International Business School. The contribution serves to share the experiences within the cooperation process and to provide inspiration for other teachers.
