Zusammenfassung

Die Arbeit befasst sich mit der Frage des nachhaltigen Unternehmertums in Bezug auf Innovation und Unternehmensresilienz im Kontext der aktuellen tiefgreifenden und beschleunigten Veränderungen, die durch geoökonomische Fragmentierung, Energiesicherheit und Klimawandel, aber auch durch den Fortschritt digitaler Technologien und künstlicher Intelligenz verursacht werden. Die Autoren ermitteln und analysieren die Zusammenhänge zwischen den Indikatoren Unternehmertum, Nachhaltigkeit und Innovation in den Ländern der Europäischen Union, basierend auf den Daten des Global Entrepreneurship Index, Eco-Innovation Index und European Innovation Index-Summary. Aufgrund der erzielten Ergebnisse zeigen die Autoren die Bedeutung der Integration von Innovationen in Geschäftsmodelle und der Übernahme nachhaltiger Praktiken durch Unternehmer. Dabei werden die Herausforderungen und die Auswirkungen der in den letzten Jahren verursachten Veränderungen der Volkswirtschaften der EU-Länder, insbesondere durch die geringe Widerstandsfähigkeit der Unternehmen, berücksichtigt.
