Zusammenfassung

Mit fortschreitender Digitalisierung ändert sich auch das Medium einer Verhandlung. Während vor zwanzig Jahren noch direkte Verhandlungen im gleichen Raum zur gleichen Zeit vorherrschten, machen digitale Verhandlungen heute den bei weitem größten Teil aller Verhandlungen aus. Dedizierte Verhandlungsunterstützungssysteme wie Negoisst ermöglichen orts- und zeitunabhängige Verhandlungsprozesse. Kommunikations- und Konzessionsprozesse werden ebenso wie Konflikt- und Dokumentenmanagement unterstützt. Künstliche Intelligenz bietet neue Möglichkeiten der Erfolgsvorhersage und automatischen Mustererkennung in laufenden Verhandlungsprozessen.
