Abstract

This chapter delves into the critical role of leadership in personnel development, emphasizing the need for inclusive approaches that cater to neurodivergent employees. It distinguishes between management and leadership, highlighting how leaders drive innovation and growth while managers ensure operational efficiency. The text introduces four key leadership roles—Boss, Enabler, Coach, and Partner—and discusses how each can be adapted to support neurodiverse teams. It also explores the 70:20:10 learning model, which balances experiential, social, and formal learning to create a holistic development framework. The chapter concludes with a case study of a multinational firm that successfully transformed its talent development strategies, resulting in improved employee engagement and innovation. By integrating these concepts, organizations can foster a culture of inclusivity and continuous learning, unlocking the full potential of their workforce.
