Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird zunächst das SCARF-Modell nach David Rock vorgestellt. Es folgt eine Weiterentwicklung des Modells in Hinblick auf Erfolgsfaktoren zur Stressprävention und Mitarbeitermotivation, um ein Führungskonzept für die Anwendung im Changemanagement bereitzustellen. Zum Schluss wird das entwickelte Konzept mit Handlungsempfehlungen vorgestellt.
