Abstract

This article delves into the innovative use of powdered epoxy-benzoxazine resins in the creation of advanced composites, focusing on their unique properties and processing advantages. The study introduces a novel method for obtaining powdered epoxy-benzoxazine polymers, which are then applied to carbon fabrics using electrostatic spraying. This technique ensures high wettability and transverse permeability, facilitating the production of high-quality, low-porosity composite plates. The article explores the curing process and mechanical properties of these composites, highlighting the optimal benzoxazine content for superior performance. Additionally, it demonstrates the feasibility of producing complex composite products through compression molding, showcasing the simplicity and efficiency of this manufacturing method. The research provides a comprehensive analysis of the thermal, rheological, and mechanical characteristics of the developed resins, offering valuable insights for advancing composite technology.
