Abstract

The article delves into the numerical simulation of a steel tube-reinforced concrete column frame structure subjected to fire, focusing on its mechanical properties, internal force distribution, and failure modes. It highlights the significant influence of factors such as column load ratio, beam load ratio, and beam-column stiffness ratio on the fire resistance of the structure. The study also introduces a simplified calculation formula for the fire resistance of the frame, which can serve as a practical guideline for fire protection design in engineering projects.
