15. Nutzergenerierte Dienstleistungssysteme zur digitalen Transformation von Organisationen

Zusammenfassung

Angetrieben durch die zunehmende Geschwindigkeit der Digitalisierung und die mit ihr einhergehenden Chancen, befindet sich eine Vielzahl von Unternehmen in einem Transformationsprozess, der die von ihnen angebotenen Produkte und Dienstleistungen genauso verändert wie ihre Geschäftsprozesse und Organisationsstrukturen. Während viele organisatorische Abläufe häufig noch von Medienbrüchen und Papier geprägt sind, ist für eine umfassende digitale Wertschöpfungskette ein Umdenken in vernetzten Dienstleistungssystemen notwendig. Jedoch zeichnet sich die Entwicklung von Dienstleistungssystemen durch ein hohes Maß an Komplexität aus, da verschiedenste Akteure und Ressourcen kollaborativ auf ein gemeinsames Wertversprechen hin abgestimmt agieren müssen. Um dieser Herausforderung zu begegnen, wird im Projekt „Engineering von Dienstleistungssystemen für nutzergenerierte Dienstleistungen“ gemeinsam mit Unternehmenspartnern sowie Forschungseinrichtungen ein nutzergeneriertes Dienstleistungssystem entwickelt, um die Einbindung von Nutzern bei der Einführung von Software zu forcieren. Hierdurch wird eine zentrale Herausforderung für den Erfolg von Informationssystemen, nämlich die erfolgreiche Einführung und Nutzung von Informationssystemen durch Anwender, adressiert. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Unternehmenspartnern wird die Möglichkeit geschaffen, evidenzbasiertes Gestaltungswissen für Dienstleistungssysteme zu gewinnen. Eine Herausforderung besteht darin, dass zum einen der Kontext die Entwicklung des Dienstleistungssystems beeinflusst, zum anderen dessen Einführung Auswirkungen auf die Struktur und Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Organisation hat. Diese Veränderungen führen wiederum zu Herausforderungen im Transformationsprozess, die im folgenden Beitrag aufgezeigt und durch neues Methodenwissen adressiert werden.
