Zusammenfassung

Welche dynamischen Fähigkeiten werden in einem Ökosystem benötigt? Erfolgreiche Unternehmen haben ihre Grenzen geöffnet und machen sich externes Wissen, Ressourcen und Fähigkeiten zunutze. Makroökonomische Entwicklungen und Vorschriften, sich ständig ändernde Kundenanforderungen und der technologische Wandel führen zu einer hohen Dynamik und Komplexität. Der Schlüssel für die Transformation und die effektive Anpassung von Geschäftsmodellen ist eine offene und permissive Organisationskultur und neue Managementpraktiken. Diese basieren auf synergetischen- und systemischen Führungsansätzen. Drei Ökosystem-Fähigkeiten sind dabei höchst relevant – Offenheit, Agilität und Ambidexterität. Offenheit verinnerlicht den Open-Innovation-Ansatz und fördert im Kontext der Organisationsstruktur Neugier, Motivation und Flexibilität, um Neues zu schaffen. Agilität ist in einem Ökosystem für die Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation entscheidend und ist charakterisiert durch Anpassungsfähigkeit, Geschwindigkeit und Kundenzentriertheit. Ambidexterie ist die Fähigkeit diametral entgegengesetzte Dinge in einen ganzheitlichen Kontext zu bringen und gleichzeitig anzugehen. Alle drei Schlüsselprinzipien sind eng miteinander verflochten und haben großen Einfluss auf Wissen, Lernen und die Innovationskraft einer Organisation, welche in einem Ökosystem einen fragmentierten Wertbeitrag leistet.
